1. How do I know which charity my gift supports?

You’ll see the charity listed on the product page for each box, but all of our permanent product lines are tied to a specific charity:

  • Baby-themed boxes: March of Dimes of Buffalo, NY
  • Wedding-themed boxes: Wish Upon a Wedding
  • Treat yo’ Self and Holiday-themed boxes: The Soldiers Project

For the “Choose Your Own Joy” custom box, you will be asked to choose which of the three charities you would like to support. Please indicate your choice in the notes section when you place your order.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Priority shipping for individual gift boxes is always FREE! We believe gift giving should be easy, so all you have to worry about is placing your order. You’ll receive an email notification when your gift ships with tracking information.

If you’d like multiple boxes, please email us at hello.lilyandgrey@gmail.com before placing your order to discuss bulk shipping rates.

3. How will my gift be packaged?

All of our gift boxes come packaged in our signature white gift box, and hand-wrapped with a ribbon. Inside the box, items are beautifully presented on a bed of grey or ivory crinkle paper.

A personalized “from” tag can be included to any gift at no additional charge. If you’re interested in this option, please include your message in the notes section when you place your order.

4. Do you offer custom gifting options?

Yes! We absolutely love curating perfectly customized gifts for our customers! Please email us at hello.lilyandgrey@gmail.com and tell us a little bit about the recipient and any ideas you have. Custom gifting options begin at $55 per box and include free priority shipping.

5. Do you offer a discount on bulk orders?

    We do! If you plan on ordering 5 or more boxes, please email us at hello.lilyandgrey@gmail.com before placing your order to receive a 10% off discount code and reduced bulk shipping rates.

    6. Where do you source your items from?

      We are committed to supporting other small business owners and artisans from the United States, and over 90% of our products come from these sources. Check out our Artisan page to learn more about our wonderful product partners.

      7. What is your return policy?

        Due to the custom and personalized nature of our gifts, we are unable to accept returns. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please email us at hello.lilyandgrey@gmail.com and we will work with you to find a solution.
